About Us
We are a small family business in Indianapolis, IN.
We are, left to right, Michael, Carol, Jenna, Shel and Clay. Carol
used to work in publishing and Shel in office management, but when
Carol was laid off she and Shel decided to go into business for
themselves. This opportunity came along at just the right time and
after nearly three years, they both still like it! Wow! It's hard work
but also fun. We enjoy all the little kids who come to the store, even
those who manage to rearrange the shelves in a few short minutes!

Michael and Clay fill in with computer upkeep and general work that takes more muscle power than either Carol or Shel can muster.
Jenna likes to vet the clothes and toys and at eight, thinks she has a good idea of what kids like! We think so too! While Shel takes care of the paperwork, tax information, and bookkeeping, Carol likes to do the creative stuff like window displays, ads, and marketing. One way or another, we manage to fill all the needed jobs with just four people; well, four and a half.
Our official greeters are Lily and Fergus, two energetic and friendly Westies. They like to think everyone comes to the store just to see them; and sometimes they do!
