We carry a super selection of books for infants to pre-teens. Each book is carefully selected for educational value, social awareness, and overall story quality. We do not order based on any publisher's current list, but rather on our own sense of the value the book will bring to the child.

One of the things we look for in books is whether they have received any educational awards - those are often the very best! And many of the ones we carry have received awards for excellence.

The Skin You Live In This is a super book for toddlers to grade school age about being happy with the color of your skin and accepting others with skin different than yours.

Be My Neighbor

This book is a Fred Rogers favorite; remember the song he sings on his show? This book is about being a good neighbor to everyone, just like Mr. Rogers!
